The sparkling side of life
Description
For the production of our Rosario, a fantastically sparkling Rosé Brut, we have as well used the grapes of our Cabernet vines. Therefore, the Rosario displays the fruitiness of Cabernet, which is dominated by black currant paired with a very elegant fragrance of rose wood.
In regard to our winery’s name we have chosen to adequately name our wine: Rosario = rosary. Its fine perlage and tender tannins provide structure and length.
It works perfectly as an aperitif, as a base for cocktails, as an accompanying drink with poultry, such as quail and duck breast and as a present for a special occasion.
