Eileen is a heartfelt tribute to our second daughter, crafted with the finest hand-selected Viognier grapes.
These grapes are dried under controlled conditions, concentrating their natural sugars and flavors. Afterward, they are gently pressed to create a rich, golden elixir. This process is what defines a passito wine—where the drying of the grapes intensifies their sweetness and complexity, resulting in a wine with balanced richness and vibrant acidity.
The label, featuring golden hazelnuts and hazel leaves, beautifully reflects the meaning behind Eileen’s name.
